Arsenal fell to another disappointing defeat in Pre-season, having lost 2-1 to Chelsea last week the gunners went up against Tottenham and the result was still same as their North London rivals secured a 1:0 victory over them.

The first half of the game was evenly contested by both teams, both teams had clear chances to break the deadlock but none could find the back of the net, the second half saw Tottenham gain more control of the game as Son fired past Bernd Leno from close range, Arsenal mounted pressure late on in the game but they were unable to get an equalizer, in the end it was a disappointing showing from the Arsenal team.

1. Alexander Lacazette

The Frenchman was the most lively if the Arsenal front three, he even came close to scoring on numerous occasions, Hugo Lloris denied him the first time from outside the box before he struck the woodwork with another powerful shot.

2. Ben White

The new £50m signing was very impressive in the minutes that he played, he was very assured on the ball and made a couple of interceptions high up the pitch, he will definitely be a starter for the gunners this season.

3. Bernd Leno

As always the German goalkeeper was solid for the gunners, he made some top class saves to keep the Tottenham attack, for Son's goal, there was little he could do about it.

4. Sambi Lokonga

Arsenal might have signed a gem with the signing of the Belgium midfielder, he didn't look out of place playing with and against seasoned Premier League players, he looked assured on the ball and was never afraid to receive the ball, one of his biggest attributes is that he is more of a progressive midfielder as he looked to make forward passes instead of sideways and backwards.
